Travel

Travel included up to 20 miles from base location. If the destination is over 20 miles, additional travel fees apply ($25+ depending on location).

Booking Terms and Conditions

  • BOOKING CONFIRMATION – Your entertainment booking with Voices4u will be confirmed once event details are finalized and full payment is made.

  • TRAVEL POLICY – No travel fee applies within a 20-mile radius of our base. Additional fees may apply beyond that distance ($25+), depending on travel time and location.

  • CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING – Cancellations or reschedules made within 5 days of the event are not eligible for refunds or credits. Exceptions apply only for tropical storms, hurricanes, or official Florida State of Emergency declarations.

  • COMPANY POLICY – In the rare event of an emergency preventing Voices4u from fulfilling a contracted service, a 100% refund for that character will be issued. Additional credits may be granted at the company’s discretion.

  • ILLNESS POLICY – If the voice actor lost his voice prior to the event starting, a $150 refund will be granted. The actor will still appear in costume but will not perform the voice.

  • WEATHER POLICY – Voices4u reserves the right to refuse service if at any time during the performance inclement weather becomes a liability to our equipment and/or costumes and alternate accommodations cannot be made or if the performer feel threatened or unsafe. At which time, there are no refunds or credits.

  • Shaded area and flooring are required for our performers for all outdoor events.

  • Gratuity for performers is not included but is greatly appreciated by them. If you are included to do so you can give it to them in person after the performance.

  • Performer etiquette: Our performers are punctual and professional, but they are still human. In the event that they are running late for any reason you will be contacted.
