How fast will I get my video?
Standard delivery is digital, within 3 days of ordering, and it is included in the price. Express 24-hour delivery is available on any order for an extra $10 — you pick which one you want when you order.
Need it sooner? Same-day delivery is available — get in touch before you order so we can confirm your timing.
Whose voice will my message be in?
Every trip reveal is recorded in The Mouse's voice — the theme park, cruise and On Ice reveals all use it.
The one exception is the Universal Trip Reveal, which is recorded as Spidey.
For shoutouts you pick the voice yourself: The Mouse or Spidey.
What's the difference between Basic, Standard and Premium?
Each package builds on the one before it.
- Basic — the castle intro, a personalized message read out loud, and the fireworks show finale.
- Standard — everything in Basic, plus real video footage of the park, ship or show you're revealing.
- Premium — everything in Basic and Standard, plus a gold on-screen name shoutout for the people you're surprising.
What do you need from me?
Just the details of your surprise: who it's for, where they're going, and what you'd like said.
The on-screen intro text and the fireworks finale text are both optional — add them if you want them, or leave them blank. You also choose the color of the “We Have a Message From The Mouse” screen. You can preview all of it on the order page before you buy.
Can I change my order after booking?
