Refund Policy

Every video we make is recorded to order, in your words, for one specific family. It can't be resold or reused, so this policy comes down to one thing: whether we've started recording yet.

Before we start recording — full refund

Changed your mind? Email mickeymousevoices4u@gmail.com and we'll cancel your order and refund you in full. No questions asked.

Once we've started recording — no refund

At that point the work has been performed specifically for you. If you're unsure about anything, get in touch before you order and we'll talk it through.

If something is wrong with your video

This is separate from refunds and always applies. If we got something wrong — a name said incorrectly, text you asked for that's missing, a problem with the file — tell us and we'll fix it and re-deliver at no charge.
